Wes Eagles

Wes Eagles is a native of Goldsboro and passionate about serving the community of Wayne County. He cares deeply about the well-being of his fellow citizens and honors those who serve. Wes graduated from Wayne Country Day School in 1987 and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 with a BS in Industrial Relations. In 2000, he formed Eagles Properties, Inc., a company that has evolved over the years with the primary focus on Property Management. In 2010, RE/MAX Complete was formed as the platform for all your real estate brokerage services, with his wife Catherine, as the Broker-in-Charge. In 2017 Wes opened Eagles Mortgage Group, Inc. to complete his vision offering a full service business for clients to buy, sell, rent, and invest in real estate. 2024 marks his 29th anniversary with Catherine, and over 20 years in building the full-service real estate model. They have 2 beautiful girls, Eliza and Cate; but don’t think they are empty nesters! They have a house full with a golden retriever, Maggie, and 1 cat, Lilly.
Trevor Flaten

Trevor is a highly motivated loan officer. He spent 20 years serving our country as an aircraft maintenance specialist and F-15E pilot. After leaving the Air Force Trevor spent time flying the Boeing 737 for American Airlines before moving into finance. Trevor hails from Minnesota with his wife Bobbi and two teenage kids Ava and Aidan. Trevor and his family spent the last decade in the Air Force calling North Carolina home.
Trevor has always had a passion for the financial and real estate markets. Developed through multiple military moves while attempting to capitalize on purchasing, renting and selling homes throughout his military career. His wife Bobbi fell in love with real estate and for more than a decade has helped residents and military members buy and sell homes. Her team is currently a top producing team at RE/Max Complete in Goldsboro. Trevor has a strong work ethic; he brings a detail-oriented and self-disciplined mindset to the Eagles Mortgage Group Team. Trevor is a passionate outdoorsman. When not working or spending time with family you can find him in the mountains, bow hunting, hiking, or running.

Cate Eagles graduated from Wayne Country Day School in 2020 and East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2024. Born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Cate has a deep-rooted connection to her home state and is now excited to be a resident of Wilmington, North Carolina. Currently, Cate works as a loan processor at Eagles Mortgage Group, a role that perfectly aligns with her lifelong exposure to the real estate and mortgage industries, thanks to her parents, Wes and Catherine Eagles. With 24 years in real estate, 14 years in property management, and 7 years in the mortgage world, Cate's family background has inspired her passion for the mortgage industry. When she’s not working, you can find Cate enjoying the beach, out on the boat, or spending quality time with her close friends. Her enthusiasm for life and commitment to her career make her a vibrant addition to the Eagles Mortgage Group!
